Todo list for the H2O Theme

Ok so as you might notice the theme is not yet done :-p
What is on the todo list:

1. Fix the primary links to be nicer and suitable for dropdown,
2. Fix the boxes so that they have rounded borders,
3. Fix the boxes in the footer,
4. Fix the links in nodes with images,
5. Make the login box look nicer,
6. Fix the forum layout
